THE LANGUAGE OF COLOUR
Today we look at the language of colour: we discuss the different connotations of red, black, white, green, blue and yellow. Our starting point is the image used to mark the death of Steve Jobs, visionary creator of Apple and veteran of Pixar, as it appears on the front cover of today's Times newspaper. Why is the background black? What does this connote? What else is visible in this famous icon?
