ACTION ADVENTURE: CHARACTERS IN 15 SECOND FILM OPENING

You have used the iPad app Action Movies, filmed some of your Action Adventure film opening and captured the footage in iMovie.
The aim of the exercise is to think about AA codes and conventions. 

Today you.devise character stereotypes for your film. A stereotype = a widely held but fixed and oversimplified image or idea of a particular person or thing.In q.3 of the exam, there will be a list of suggested social groups and institutions whose representation and stereotyping you will analyse. Examples: gender, nationality, ethnicity, class, the army, the police, foreigners, Westerners. 

If you have trouble understanding stereotypes, think about one of your favourite sitcoms (The Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, Two and a Half Men, Friends, InBetweeners, 30Rock).

Your task is to devise two or three stereotypes to include in your AA film.
