Your recent prep was to give a critical account of your recent filming.
You should have mentioned preparing a Call Sheet and exactly what your individual roles were. You should have listed the camera equipment by name (camera and tripod), described bubbling the tripod and getting the actors into costume.
You will have poor work returned to re-do if it was less than between half a page and a full page long, or if the details above were left out.
