ART NOUVEAU STYLE IN ADVERTISEMENTS

All media products reflect the styles of the era of the society that they are made in and the values of the people who are consuming them. We have noticed how advertisements fropm the early 1920s reflect the admiration for the Art Nouveau style, whose lines flow and billow with exaggerated curves and sensuous sweeps, reflecting the natural world in all its asymmetric exuberance. Art Nouveau's  style of art, architecture and applied art—especially the decorative arts—were most popular during 1890–1910.The name "Art Nouveau" is French for "new art".
