B324: Production Portfolio in Media Studies 

You now complete a PowerPoint Evaluation. Look at previous Claremont pupil work to see what is entailed.

PREP: Use the post below to guide you through your PP evaluation which must be finished this week. You have 2 homeworks (the second h/w this week and next Monday's) and some lesson time for this part of the module. The whole PP evaluation must be completed this term.

 

Brief 7: opening from a new film, in any genre or mix of genres, such as a comedy or thriller, together with a storyboard. Maximum length 3 minutes. 

• In addition, you keep a Production Log 
• and produce a PowerPoint Evaluation (with Appendix).
  

·        All video and audio material must be original, produced by the candidates, with the exception of music or audio effects.

·        If candidates are working as a group, each member must take on a specific role, such as director, camera operator or editor.

This is an example of the start of a professional shot list which you can use as a model for our own productions. Each group will make their own and start to complete it so that you know who is in each shot, how the camera moves and what sound / voice-over accompanies each shot.
