PREP You are all at slightly different stages but your goal (and prep) is the same: complete these TWO evaluation slides on EACH of your advertisements. Be pro-active: if you are well ahead with these, look at the exemplar PPs and take your Evaluation forward to fill in missing slides.
Your Appendix: you supply the moderator with background evidence, such as slides with your original image and all your thumbnail photos (such as the ones that were taken but which you didn't eventually choose). On this sheet, write a little about what made you select your final choice. You should also caption photos that were very close seconds (" I really liked X or Y in this photo which because...").
Your PowerPoint will be printed out in A4 for the moderator together with your Appendix.
