FILM OPENING EVALUATION: FEEDBACK

Today you start work on the Audience Feedback slide 9. Feedback is an ongoing process. You may illustrate your feedback with a screenshot, which could go also be added to your Appendix. What to cover? CONTINUE FOR PREP TONIGHT.
  • As you made the film and shared your filming and editing, what did your audience enjoy? What did they question?
  • What have people said about your production company idents? Have they admired the use of After Effects or iStopMotion?
  • Did the audience understand the narrative? Was the topic of interest to the target age group, something that they related to?
  • What aspects of the camerawork (shot types, camera movement, camera angles) were mentioned?
  • What comments on editing? The use of titles? Special effects? Slomo?
  • What comments on sound?
  • What comments on locations, mise-en-scene, costumes, casting or film sets?
  • Did the opening leave them wanting to see the rest of the film?
  • If you have received comments on the completed film uploaded to Facebook or YouTube, what was said?
